Who Can Join?
Membership is open to all industrial and business units located within the association’s operational area. A “Member” is a duly registered company, association, or firm that has been accepted by the association and maintains its membership in good standing.
Membership Fee Structure
To join our association, a one-time, non-refundable admission fee is required, followed by an annual membership fee.
Admission Fee
₹10,000 + 18% GST (This one-time fee is subject to change by the Executive Council).
Annual Membership Fee
Calculated based on the total built-up area and vacant land held by the member company within the association’s operational area.

Fee Calculation & Policies
Your annual membership fee is based on the property you hold within the industrial area. The definitions for calculation are as follows:
Built-up Area
The total constructed area (including RCC, ACC, etc.) that is enclosed by walls and under a roof.
Vacant Land
All open areas within your property, such as gardens, internal roads, and drainage.
Security Cess
This charge is applied to your total land area (Built-up + Vacant) and funds the 24/7 security patrol services for the industrial area.
Important Payment Policies
Fee Revisions
The Executive Council reserves the right to revise the annual membership fee.
Payment Deadline
Membership fees are payable in advance and must be settled by June 30th of each year.
Full-Year Billing
The full annual subscription fee is payable for the entire financial year, regardless of your membership’s start date.
